Children born with facial deformities are always a sad tale. Whether or not it’s something correctable, such as a cleft palate, or something you just have to live with, like Moebius syndrome, it’s always gut-wrenching that a poor child has to suffer such a condition. Bleak Walls Transformed by Creativity
Urban landscape can be quite drab, and the artists of these exceptional wall paintings are doing a great job of spicing it up. 3D Murals of Eric Grohe
An artist, who really breaks the monotonous geometry of official buildings and shopping malls with his own marvelous perspective and 3D illusions - Eric Grohe has an impressive array of projects on his site.

Bucyrus Area Community Foundation, Ohio

Swimming pool mural:

Chamber of Commerce, Bucyrus, Ohio:

Check out the full gallery of his work here
Here is another wonderful gallery of wall paintings, but I'd like to know who the artist is.

Various 3D Wall Paintings, all spectacular:
Many are by trompe l'oeil muralist and artist John Pugh:

Gaudy but impressive colors of
Ramenskoe apartments in Moscow
Here you can observe the utmost in urban psychedelics: the whole apartment complex painted in unbelievably bright colors. Looks interesting enough, but how would you like to live in the midst of this paint explosion?
