Thanks for visiting! Use the RSS feed or e-mail subscription to keep up to date on what's happening on this site.
Sarolta Bán is self-taught Hungarian photographer. Born in 1982, in Budapest, Hungary. She started a project on her facebook page to help real life abandoned animals from all over the world to find a home. She asked her fans to submit pictures of homeless animals/pets so that she can transform those pictures into dreamy photos.

From her website:
I like using ordinary elements and by combining them, I can give them various stories, personalities. I hope that the meanings of my pictures are never too limited, are open in some way, each viewer can transform them into a personal aspect.

30 Dazzling Wild Animals Photography

Thanks for visiting! Use the RSS feed or e-mail subscription to keep up to date on what's happening on this site.
Showing one’s teeth doesn’t always mean they’re smiling for the camera. Animals tend to expose their teeth especially when it comes to territory and lack of food sources. The fight may end up harmless, but sometimes also very brutal. The opponent may bleed to death and this may seem merciless to us, but that’s how nature occasionally works. As a matter of fact, we tend to describe a merciless fight between humans as animal-like.
Taking close-up pictures like these can be highly risky, as animals don’t like any hindrance during their combats. For whatever reasons they may be fighting, this can injure the person or animal coming between them. Today we have come up with some dazzling shutterbug shots to inspire you and take you on a walk with us through the wild side. Enjoy with us some spectacular animal fighting moments!

While some animals hibernate in the winter and prefer to sun themselves during the warmer months, other animals are perfectly comfortable with the snow and offer photographers a plenty of opportunities for remarkable photos. To celebrate the nicer facets of the leaving winter, we now collected some beautiful and adorable photos of animals in snow. These photos are nice to look at and will help you get a break from the regular work and hopefully get a fresh perspective on whatever you have to get done today.

Truly Dramatic Examples of Animal Photography

Thanks for visiting! Use the RSS feed or e-mail subscription to keep up to date on what's happening on this site.
Sometimes we take wildlife pictures that we see in books and magazines for granted; seldom does it give you the impressions that they were taken easily. The truth is, photographing animals (especially in wildlife) is very involved, such a moment could only be told through some timely amazing shots. For someone who loves animals, photographing them can be both very fulfilling and frustrating at the same time. Excellent animal photography requires experience, knowledge and patience.
Animals can make very eye catching subjects to photograph in wild. Taking wildlife photography in a place where the animals don’t fear humans makes your task a bit difficult. In their natural environment, animals often provide many opportunities for taking dramatic shots. Let’s now take a look at some of these dramatic images of animal photography to see emotions in the wild nature.

Red Sheep of Scotland

"Do Androids Dream of Painted Sheep?"

Could it be a new art form? Painting live sheep and cattle in bright, brilliant colors might become the next big fad in Scotland. One farmer painted his flock of sheep (grazing on a pasture just off M-8 highway at Bathgate in West Lothian) bright red , aiming to entertain passing motorists and to "spice things up" a little. Well, everybody liked the view so much that it became an attraction in itself, and now they even consider using different colors, such as pink. The animals apparently do not mind being sprayed with animal-friendly dye, and will remain red until sheared.

This colorful tradition is ages old in Ireland and Scotland, where farmers were painting sheep red, or marking them with color - to make them easier to find.

Apparently they are also doing it in India:

In July 2003, Britain's "most celebrated graffiti artist" Banksy covered a live cow with the images of Andy Warhol's face:

Not every similar artistic project ends happily. In East Farndon, Northamptonshire, a number of sheep were targeted by a local graffiti gang. The animals were found distressed but uninjured, but this spray-painting attack is being treated as criminal damage by police.

Another victim of graffiti artists (in Russia):

Soccer fans in England are already displaying their patriotic enthusiasm in a similar way:

Many of the big-eyed charmers shown below are small jumping spiders, with head measuring only 2-3 mm. The position of their eyes, however, ensures an excellent vision (see particulars here)

Home Zoo of One Arab

What is surprising is that he is not afraid to go into the cage with predators and he treats them as if they were just dogs. Moreover, I would never put my child on the back of a big cat even if I was upbringing the animal myself.
