It's sad to see all these richest women earning the title of "Top 10 Richest Women in the World" when almost all of them did not make the money themselves, but inherited from their husbands or fathers' business.
Why can't us(women) make it to the top ten list without relying on other people's money or power?
This is very uninspiring.

I will have to disagree because even though most of them have inherited their fortunes, they are still contributing to the business with a generous amount of input.
If you read carefully in the beginning it does state that these women are merely heiresses as opposed to self made but then again once in control they seem to keep profits growing which can only be achieved through hard work and persistence.Nothing ever prevailed from laziness!
Why can't we make it without other peoples money?
Even the richest people in the world would have at least had to borrow or take a loan at some stage in their lives...
These are family based funds,no one robbed a bank or anything.
As for inspiration, maybe a little research into what these women actually do for a living and how
they've come to be in these positions might make you think "How have they been able to maintain their family's wealth?" or "Who can they trust when the risk of exploitation is high?".
I would say it is extremely difficult to be rich.
When there are very few of you and the only thing you all have in common is money I would say that wouldn't be a very good basis for friendship.
Wealth must be a very lonely path indeed!
